Swimming Raises Over Six Thousand Dollars for Breast Cancer Awareness

Duquesne's swimming team raised over $6,000 for Breast Cancer Awareness from its recent swim-a-thon and awareness meet versus Akron. Duquesne will combine its total with that of CCSU and St. Francis and donate it to The American Cancer Society of New Britain. The Dukes, who will compete against CCSU and SFU Saturday in Connecticut, greatly improved on their total of $3,700 from last year.
