Duquesne freshman swimmer Emma Brinton (Landenburg, Pa./Avon Grove) was named the A-10 Rookie of the Week for the second consecutive week, conference officials announced on Tuesday. She finished with three event wins on the weekend, pacing the 200-yard IM (2:06.77), the 400-yard IM (4:29.79) and the 200-yard backstroke (2:02.61). She also topped Saint Louis, George Mason and La Salle in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 58.41.
