Final Stats

PITTSBURGH - This weekend at the CMU Invite, Kylie Isaacs became the program's all-time leader with 148 total victories. Isaacs' win in a tiebreaker over Mercyhurst's Kayla Frost on Saturday was the record-setting victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Aishwarya Kona was a perfect 3-0 in singles and doubles
• Freshman Maranda Sears went 3-0 in singles
• The team of Sears and Laurel Shymansky went 3-0 in doubles
• The Dukes faced opponents from Carnegie Mellon and Mercyhurst
• Isaacs and Kona were 2-0 as a doubles team

STAT OF THE TOURNAMENT
• Isaacs broke the record that was held by Rachel McGowan since 2010

DIRECTOR OF TENNIS Vanessa Steiner "This was a good opening weekend for the women's team. We look forward to this event every year; it is well run, local, and great competition to get the team ready. The team looks strong and determined, with our two freshmen already making an impact and returners looking stronger than ever. We are very excited for this year."
