PITTSBURGH - Duquesne University athletic director Greg Amodio announced Friday that Joe Camillo has resigned as coach of the women's tennis program. Camillo, the program's all-time winningest coach had as 187-154 (.548) record in his 16 seasons on the Bluff.

Camillo led the Dukes to school record back-to-back 16-win seasons in 2006 and 2007 and his efforts were rewarded by being named the 2007 College Coach of the Year by the Allegheny Mountain District of the United States Tennis Association. During his tenure, Duquesne had 14 of its student-athletes named to an All-Atlantic 10 team a total of 21 times.

The Dukes finished 7-13 this past season and made it to the quarterfinals of the 2014 Atlantic 10 Championship.
