Women's Tennis Signs Spencer Caravaggio to a National Letter of Intent
Spencer Caravaggio has signed a National Letter of Intent.

PITTSBURGH - Duquesne head women's tennis coach Joe Camillo has announced the signing of Spencer Caravaggio (Sewickley, Pa./Quaker Valley) to a National Letter of Intent.

"Spencer is an outstanding player and we are looking forward to her joining the Duquesne tennis program," said Camillo.

Caravaggio was a two-time WPIAL Class AA singles champion and PIAA finalist in her sophomore and senior seasons. She placed third her freshman and junior seasons at the WPIAL Championship. She finished with a career record of 129-10 (.928) - the most wins in Quaker Valley history.

In her four years, Quaker Valley posted a 78-8 (.907) record and had a regular season record of 57-3 (.950). The Quakers were the 2012 and 2010 WPIAL Class AA state champions and reached the PIAA finals in 2009, the semifinals in 2010 and the quarterfinals the past two seasons.

Additionally, Quaker Valley was crowned MAC Tournament champions all four years under Caravaggio's leadership.

Caravaggio plans on majoring in psychology.
