Nicole Cherok finished the 400m hurdles in 59.92

PRINCETON, N.J. - The Duquesne women's track and field team finished 24th out of 46 teams at the 2012 ECAC Championship.
The 4x800 team of Elise Farris, Haley Pisarcik, Amber Valimont and Shelby Haitz set a new school record with a time of 8:52.15. They finished in second place earning the Dukes eight points.
Nicole Cherok recorded four points for DUQ after finishing fifth in the 400m hurdles. Her time of 59.92 was just 0:01 more than her school record time set last weekend at the A-10 Championship.
Danica Snyder was eighth earning one point in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:42.27.
