Suiter, Davet and Kline Receive A-10 Honors

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Three Dukes were placed on the Atlantic 10 Conference's Women's Volleyball All-Conference teams, as announced by the league office today.

Molly Davet was selected on the A-10 All-Conference Second Team. The senior outside hitter was second for the Dukes and was 9th in the A-10 recording 3.64 digs per set this season. The junior outside hitter led Duquesne and was 7th in the A-10 averaging 2.79 kills per set. This is Davet's second A-10 post-season honor, she was named to the 2014 All-Rookie Team.

Senior libero Sammy Kline, who led the Dukes and was 5th in the A-10 with 4.08 digs per set, received A-10 Academic honors for the second consecutive season. Kline is a physical therapy major with a 3.56 GPA.

Freshman setter Dani Suiter was placed on the A-10 All-Conference Rookie Team. Suiter was first for Duquesne and 3rd in the A-10 with 9.68 assists per set. She was also first on the team and 6th in the A-10 with 33 service aces for the season.

The fourth-seeded Dukes (18-11, 8-6) face No. 5 VCU (18-13, 8-6) in the 2016 A-10 championship quarterfinal Friday at 8:30 p.m.
