Women's Cross-Country Places 4th At A-10's
Nov. 1, 2003 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania -- Duquesne University's women's cross country team placed fourth at the 2003 Atlantic 10 Championship Saturday on the Belmont Plateau course. Sophomore Elizabeth Graham (North Huntingdon, Pa. / Norwin) paced the Dukes and was named to the All-Conference Team with her seventh place finish of 18:32.7. The Dukes accumulated a total of 108 points, just nine short of third place La Salle, the defending champion. Richmond placed five runners in the top 10 overall en route to claiming its first-ever women's title. The Explorer's Sheila Klick took the individual title with a time of 18:00.2. The Red and Blue return to action on Saturday, Nov. 15 as they travel to the NCAA Regional Championships in Lewisburg, PA. 2003 Women's All-Conference Team
